This story doesn't feel like McInerney is trying very hard, and it shows in the way the story drags and occasionally seems to repeat itself. Oh, and if your are an animal lover, the parts about Blanche will make you laugh and cry.

Branner's nutritional approach stresses HEALTH instead of trying to attain one set ideal. A low point was when Anton the Wizard told Stefan a spell was not the cause of him spending 5 years in hiding living as a wolfman, it was the catnip Anton gave him as an experiment. For the lawyer, political scientist or jurist, this is a must read by a brilliant mind. Be prepared as it is quite graphic. He signed with Hodder and Stoughton in 1921 and became an internationally recognised author. It did get kind of hard at the end, like it does with all series at the end because there are SO many different people to catch up with. They also give specific advice on how to use it to alleviate some health concerns and also to attract wealth. In the last century, this type of book virtually disappeared. The importance of involving the procurement person when closing the deal, the understanding that a sales career fork in the road is an opportunity, the advice to research the Industry, Company And the Position one is interest in, all are very real and not artificially created cases. I think this probably happens more in life than is fair. While some of these imperfections may have appeared in the original work, others may have resulted from the scanning process that has been applied.
